Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, transactions, or account activity, you must first contact ultra666 customer support by submitting a formal complaint to the support team. ultra666 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated under ultra666's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon request.
You may not initiate legal proceedings against ultra666 in relation to any dispute without first exhausting the internal complaint and alternative dispute resolution processes described above.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ultra666 holds its operating licence. Any disputes not resolved through the processes set out in Section 11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to which both parties irrevocably submit.
