1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and ultra666 ("ultra666", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ultra666.lat ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must be a natural person and not a legal entity, trust, or organisation.

• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ultra666 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each Member may hold only one (1) active account with ultra666. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. ultra666 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts discovered, and to void all transactions associated with duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ultra666 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information held on your account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ultra666 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ultra666 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ultra666 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ultra666 is required under its licence obligations to conduct identity verification. You must provide requested KYC documentation promptly. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ultra666 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ultra666 supports Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank online transfer, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods may change without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier section. The general minimum deposit is MYR 30.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit, or to a verified bank account in the Member's name. ultra666 does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• ultra666 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any withdrawal request. Processing times vary by method; e-wallet withdrawals typically process within 24 hours subject to verification status.
• ultra666 is not responsible for fees imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ultra666 offers promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• ultra666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including through arbitrage betting, systematic betting on opposing outcomes, or the use of automated software — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

Each game available through ultra666 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In addition, the following general rules apply across all games:

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ultra666 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players, game providers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds;
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others to do so;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Systematic exploitation of software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward support staff or other players;
• Any activity that violates applicable law in the Member's jurisdiction.

8. Responsible Gaming

ultra666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Members can access these tools at any time through the Account Settings panel after completing the ultra666 login.

If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool, which will prevent you from accessing the ultra666 Platform for a selected period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, ultra666 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications being sent to the excluded Member.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ultra666 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, and trademarks, is the property of ultra666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ultra666.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ultra666 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical outages, network failures, or force majeure events.

ultra666's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 500, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, transactions, or account activity, you must first contact ultra666 customer support by submitting a formal complaint to the support team. ultra666 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated under ultra666's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon request.

You may not initiate legal proceedings against ultra666 in relation to any dispute without first exhausting the internal complaint and alternative dispute resolution processes described above.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ultra666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via a notice on the Platform homepage or by email to the registered address on your account, where practical. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ultra666 holds its operating licence. Any disputes not resolved through the processes set out in Section 11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to which both parties irrevocably submit.
